Psychology is the study of Mind & Behavior
Psychology is the study of mind and behavior. It is an academic discipline and an applied science which seeks to understand individuals and groups by establishing general principles and researching specific cases

My promise to the learners:
It is my goal to make all material relevant and meaningful. It is thus, my promise to present information and activities that will thoughtfully engage and give a greater understanding of what factors have shaped our emotions, thinking and mental health. Readings or activities assigned to be done independently are assigned because it will genuinely help the students understand the material we are covering. I challenge students to critically evaluate what we learn and ask questions about how that material relates to an essential understanding of both our mind and our behaviors.
